Permanent Holiday Lighting.
Lights that stay up under your eaves all year and change colour from your phone. Christmas, game days, the Fourth, or just a warm glow after dark.
Why Go Permanent.
Up once, lit all year
No ladder every November, no takedown every January. The lights live under the eaves and stay there.
Hidden in daylight
A slim track that sits against the trim, colour-matched to the house, so it reads as part of the roofline when it is off.
Every colour, from your phone
Warm white for the holidays, team colours on game day, red, white and blue on the Fourth. Schedules and scenes run from an app.
Everyday lighting too
Soft white along the eaves after dark is plain good outdoor lighting, not just a December display.
Permanent Lighting Questions.
What is permanent holiday lighting?
A run of individually controlled LED points mounted in a low-profile track along your roofline. It stays up year-round and you change colours, patterns and schedules from your phone.
How much does permanent lighting cost?
It depends on the length of your roofline and how many runs the house needs, so we price it per house. Send your address and a photo and we will come back with a written custom quote.
Can you see the track during the day?
It is designed to sit tight against the fascia or under the drip edge in a colour matched to your trim, so from the street it reads as part of the house.
Should I choose permanent or seasonal lights?
Seasonal is one price per year with design, install, takedown and storage included. Permanent is a one-time install that stays up. If you want lights for more than one holiday a year, permanent usually makes more sense.
