Our seasonal price is $8 per foot of roofline, with a $900 minimum. That one price covers the design, commercial-grade lights, installation, in-season service, January takedown and storage. Use the estimator above for your house, then we measure and confirm the price in writing.

As early as you can. We install through October and November, and booking early means you pick your install week. You get your design and price within 2 business days of sending your address.

Homes across Northern Virginia, including McLean, Great Falls, Vienna, Oakton, Reston, Herndon, Falls Church, Fairfax, Arlington, Ashburn, Chantilly, Sterling and Centreville. If you are nearby and not on the list, ask anyway.

Yes. Permanent lighting stays up under your eaves all year and changes colour from your phone. Pick Permanent Lighting on the quote form and we will send a custom quote.

No. We own the lights and you pay one seasonal price. That is why service, takedown, and storage are all included. You never buy, repair, or store anything.

You text us and we come fix it. In-season service is part of your price. You never buy parts or go up a ladder to check a run.

No. We only need the outside of your house and a working outdoor outlet. Most installs and takedowns happen while people are at work.

We come back after the holidays, take everything down, and haul it away. Your lighting is cleaned, labeled, and stored until next season. Nothing sits in your garage.

No. We use clips made for shingles and gutters. No staples and no nails. Each run is cut to fit your roofline, so nothing pulls or hangs against the house.
