Privacy Policy

When you request a free design through the form on this site, you give us four things:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The address of the property you want lit
• A photograph of that property

If you used the estimator before submitting, the summary it produced is sent along with your request so we know what you were quoted. We also receive which service you picked (seasonal or permanent lighting). If you entered a promotional code, we receive that too. We do not ask for an email address on this form.

We do not collect payment information anywhere on this website.

To do the thing you asked us to do. The address and the photograph are what a design preview is drawn on, and the phone number is how we send it back to you and answer questions about it. We may also use your phone number to follow up about your quote.

We do not add you to a marketing list from this form, and we do not send recurring promotional messages you did not ask for.

Your submission is delivered and stored through Netlify, the service that hosts this website. It is subject to their privacy practices in addition to ours.

If we ever hire a subcontractor to install your lights, they get the information needed to do the job and nothing beyond it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody. We will release it if the law requires us to.

We advertise on Meta platforms, which means Facebook and Instagram. When the Meta pixel is active on this site it tells Meta that a visit or a form submission happened, so we can measure whether our ads are working. It does not send Meta the contents of your form.

You can limit this through your Meta ad settings, or by using your browser or device controls for tracking.

We keep design requests for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward, so that we can service lights we installed and pick up where we left off next season. If you want your information deleted sooner, ask us and we will delete it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text the number below and we will take care of it. There is no form to fill out and no fee.

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
