A layout and a fixed price within 2 business days. One price covers the whole season.

Install before Thanksgiving
Installed on a schedule that suits your site, after hours if needed, so your staff never touches a ladder.

In-season service
If anything goes out, we come fix it. No service call, no charge.

January takedown and storage
We take it all down, label it and store it until next season, so nothing sits in your storage room.
Commercial Lighting Questions.
How much does commercial Christmas lighting cost?
It depends on what we light: roofline length, entrances, trees and signage. We quote after a free walk-around and send a written, fixed price within 2 business days. That price covers design, commercial-grade lights, installation, in-season service, January takedown and storage.
Do you work with HOAs and management companies?
Yes. We light community entrances, clubhouses and common areas, and we can quote several communities together for a management company.
Is it too late to book this season?
We install through October and November. Book early to get the install week that suits you; if this season is full, we can lock in an early slot for next year.
Are you insured, and will it damage the building?
We are fully insured. We use clips made for gutters, shingles and trim, with no nails or staples, and every run is cut to fit.
